Refund policy

We have a 48H return policy, without charging you any shipping fees ,as a warranty against manufacturing defects only .

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

The actual shipping cost is EGP 150. We cover EGP 65 of the shipping cost, so you only pay EGP 85.

If you wish to return your order for any reason other than a manufacturing defect, the actual shipping cost of EGP 150 will be deducted, according to the shipping company's rates.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method .

سياسة الاسترجاع

لدينا سياسة استرجاع خلال 48 ساعة، دون تحميلك أي رسوم شحن، وذلك كضمان ضد عيوب التصنيع فقط.

يشترط لقبول الاسترجاع أن يكون المنتج بنفس الحالة التي استلمته بها، غير مستخدم أو مرتدى، مع جميع الـTags، وفي العبوة الأصلية.

تبلغ تكلفة الشحن الفعلية 150 جنيهًا مصريًا. نحن نتحمل 65 جنيهًا من تكلفة الشحن، وبالتالي تتحمل أنت فقط 85 جنيهًا.

في حال رغبتك في إرجاع الطلب لأي سبب بخلاف عيوب التصنيع، سيتم خصم تكلفة الشحن الفعلية وقدرها 150 جنيهًا مصريًا، وفقًا لتعريفة شركة الشحن.

استرداد المبلغ

سنقوم بإخطارك بمجرد استلام المنتج المرتجع وفحصه، وسنبلغك ما إذا تمت الموافقة على استرداد المبلغ أم لا.

في حال الموافقة، سيتم رد المبلغ تلقائيًا إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية المستخدمة في عملية الشراء.
